Does Abdominal Pain/spasms And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello, I had my period on the 23rd of February, As from Monday i am very nausea and have abdominal pain and abdominal spasms and cramps from time to time, but my tummy is not running at all. Can it still be possible to be pregnant as we are hoping for a positive result for 3 years now.
