Does Abnormal R-Wave Progression, Early Transition In An ECG Taken Prior To Minor Surgery Indicate A Concern?

Hi Doctor, My Wife s ECG shows abnromal R-Wave Progression ,early transisition , she don t have any complaints such as chest pain ,shortness of breath and other heart related complaints , is this something i need to worry ..,attached is the ecg report. btw: This ECG has been taken due to my wife would be undergoing minor surgery to remove fatty tissue(Lipomata) in her upper left hand Thanks,
