Does Acidity Lead To Chest Discomfort And Raise In Heart Rate?

Hi I had an episode earlier where I felt as though I had trapped wind, was bringing up small amount of acid and then my heart beat very fast (about 6 beats in 2 seconds) before returning to normal. the increase made me catch my breath and I am concerned that this is abnormal. could it be related to the acid (I am taking omeprazole for reflux) I also have a constant feeling of a lump in my throat and post nasal drip.
