Does Alcohol Cause Bleeding Even After Novasure Procedure?

I had the Novasure procedure on March 27th - 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I don't recall anyone saying not to drink alcohol except for while taking the pain medication. I'm still bleeding - not horribly heavy, but bleeding like a period - and I am wondering if it could be related to an occasional beer or glass of wine since alcohol is a blood thinner.

I'm 46 years old, if that matters. :-)
