Does An Ovarian Cyst Cause Complications In Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor I am 22 years old. i am married woman. when i was 19 years old i had laprosopic as there was a cyst that twisted at that time...after that i was fine...

after marriage, i got pregnant and then miscarriage occured...while i was gone through ultasound and i came to know that again i am having a cyst of 5.8*5.8 cms...few months back it was 73*46mm...i felt sharp pain in my left side and back....

Doctor told me that it is a simple cyst seen in POD...i think it is felt into POD..i dont know what that means?

is this cause any problem in my pregnancy again?

or what should i do?

some doctor told me that it can be dissolved by medicines only....

plz help me doctor:(
