Does Angioedema Cause Swelling Of Face?

hello im having i think possible angio edema my actual face swells up to the size it can change my hat size al my life i wonder what this is i know im lactose intolernat and have excema patches . could the sweeling in my face be casued bye angio edema i have been reserching this its very criplling in my life please help me .joseph
