Does Anti Inflammatory Medication Cause Pink Colored Urine?

Hi I love beetroot and eat it regularly with no red urine or stool effect. However today I had my first packet of beetroot crisps and had pink wee but the pink sank so that there were two layers of urine. Coincidentally, I am taking medication to line my stomach because of the possible side effects of an anti- inflammatory I am also taking. Might the first medication alter my pH and therefore impact upon my ability to metabolise the beetroot crisps. Or perhaps the crisps have additional colouring to make them appear more beetroot?
