Does Antibiotics And Steroids For Chest Infection Affect Liver Function Test Results?

My gamma gt test was very high all other liver function tests were in normal range. My doctor prescribed me a course of antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection and I was on these medicines prior to and during my test. Should I take the test again when I have completed my course of medicines or should I ask for a scan or further tests right now?
