Does Antibiotics Effect Birth Control Pills?

Going to begin taking a three day course of antibiotics for a UTI on what should be the beginning of my "pill free" week. Am running two pill packs together though, will the antibiotics affect the pill and give me my period, rather than skipping it as it should do? Thanks
