Does Antibiotics Lessen The Effects Of Emergency Contraceptive?

Im currently taking the Acnamino MR tablets for acne for two weeks. im also on the contraceptive pill. i had unprotected sex and took the morning after pill within an hour. ive heard taking the antibiotics can lessen the effectivness. should i be worried about pregnancy?
