Does Antiphospholipid Syndrome Cause Heavy Periods And Endometrial Ablasion?

I have just been diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome. It has been suspected for a while, but just confirmed by a blood test. Could this be associated with some of the problems I've had with heavy periods and then complications with an endometrial ablasion?
