Does Anxiety Cause A Twitching Feeling In My Temple?

Hi, I have been having a twitching feeling in my right temple for the last few days, it is driving me insane. I get mild headaches sometimes with them but they are just mostly annoying and causes me to have really bad anxiety because I worry so much over what the cause could be. Any suggestions on what could be the cause? Thanks!
