Does Arterio Stenosis Cause Extreme Fatigue And Increased Urination At The Age Of 90?

My father is 90 and did not nap yesterday and used the restroom several more times during the day than usual. Today he has been awake maybe thirty minutes out of the eight daytime hours. He is lethargic and has not taken his daily meds because of his sleepiness. I have attempted to keep him awake but this does not work. He has arterio stenosis and is this a symptom of this?
