Does Battery Powered BP Monitor Give Accurate Readings?

I just came across a battery powered BP monitor I bought back in 2012 at CVS and I just checked my BP and its 159/116! I checked it twice in the last 5 minutes and it came back the same. I feel fine at the moment and have been exercising regularly, but I m 5/8 and weigh 196 lbs. and I m 60. No previous cardiac problems. Can I wait to call my Dr. tomorrow or at 159/116 should I get to a hospital now?
