Does Being Sexually Active Affect The Ultrasound Results?

i have to go for an ultrasound of ovaries and adrenals, im unmarried but sexually active, but i cant tell my doctor that, would that make any difference in my result? is it important to tell her that im sexually active even though im unmarried? im 28 yrs of age. and this test is important to rule out various factors for getting to the actual cause of the ailment i want to get cured. please suggest....
