Does Benzoyl Peroxide And Adapalene Gel Help To Remove Pimples On Face?

hi i have lot of pimples on my face.it is painfull.i m now using benzoyl peroxide and adapelene gel.are they effective?how long it will take to get the results?i m 24 yrears old.height 162cm.i have regular periods.i am not using any oily food.i use to drink a lots of water.still i m getting pimples
