Does Bilateral Club Foot In Baby During Pregnancy Cause Down S Syndrome?

Hi I am 27 weeks pregnant and my baby s femur is measuring 2 weeks behind in the 1% percentile . The rest of his body is on track. They also informed me that he has bilateral club foot. What are the chances that my child will have Down Syndrome. I gave blood for testing when we found out and are waiting for results to come back.
