Does Bilateral Hydrosalpinx Mean Uterine Cancer?

I am a 50 yr old woman former breast cancer history. I had a lumpectomy with chemo radiation I have just had a vaginal ultra sound and have been told i have bilateral hydrosalpinx, as well as endometrium thickening of 11 cm does this mean uterine cancer? I am a wreck, i have right quadrant pain and cramping no bleeding noted, water discharge has been noted from time to time i am scared please advise I want my tubes and ovaries out good idea and also would the vaginal ultra sound show if growth were out side the uterus in the abdominal cavity, lymph nodes etc
