Does Bilateral Mastoiditis Cause Cluster Headache?

i was recently diagnosed with bilateral mastoiditis, but it is much worse on the left side. for years i have been suffering excruciation headaches that a neurologist has identified as cluster headaches. these headaches are always on the left side of my face, the pain seems to generate from a point behind my left eye. could this untreated mastoiditis also be a reason for these severe headaches that so far no conventional treatment will releive?
