Does Birth Control Pills Cause Numbness Of Clitoris?

i have had no feeling in my clitorus for about 2 months now and i dont know what could have caused it, im on the pill and i have skipped my period recently could this have caused it? i did used to get fingerd regulary by mu bf and everything was fine i had alot of sensitivity there but one time it just went away, im really worried by this
