Does Bleeding In Prostate Cause Spread Of Potential Cancer Cells To Lymph System?

I recently had a prostate biopsy. My concern is the blood flow to the prostate and lymph system in the groin area. I know the lymph system is a separate system, does bleeding in the prostate (bloody ejaculate) cause spread of potential cancer cells in the prostate spread, metastize to the lymph system?
