Does Blood And Mucus In Stool Indicate Sign Of Hemorrhoids?

I am 59 yo, female. For the past 10 days-2 weeks I have suffered from bowel problems.,I now open my bowels from 3-5 times a day. On 2 occasions bright red blood splattered out into whole toilet bowl. Now there is often mucousy type discharge with or without blood. May be due to a haemorrhoid ? Mat be due to my medication - maxalt daily for migraines. River troll & jalna for anxiety.
