Does Blood Clot Cause Recurring Cramps In Legs?

I am a 53 year old female who is about 5' 5" and 187 lbs. Today I experienced cramps in my right leg during a car ride that was only about 1 1/2 hours in length. After I got out and walked around a bit, bit went away, but then came back again in about an hour. I am worried it could be a blood clot.
