Does Blood Clot Discharge During Pregnancy Indicate Miscarriage?

i am 13 weeks pregnant. previosly i had molar pregnancy.but this time everything was okay in ultrasound scan that is completely normal growth with heartbeat. today i did alot of work after that when i urinate found a blood clot. is this a symptom of miscarriage?
