Does Blood Filled Blister In My Mouth Need Medical Attention?

I just got what looks like a blood blister within the past few hours on the inside of my cheek. I'm not sure as to what time I got it but, it wasn't there yesterday. It doesn't hurt, its perfectly round and bubbled up, its soft and fleshy. I'm really worried. Do I have to go to the hospital for this?
