Does Breast Tenderness And Frequent Urination While On Contraceptive Indicate Pregnancy?

Had a surgical abortion in January and bled on&off from February 5th to February 14(spotting). Had unprotected sex twice on Feb 20th&26th but took contraceptives. Have pimples,breast is tender,my tummy keeps making some movements, lots of gas and using the toilet frequently. Am I pregnant?
