Does Breast Tenderness And Lower Abdominal Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

I am 40 years old and on birth control but forgot to it a couple days. I have been having some breast tenderness and discharge along with lower abdominal cramping and nausea and this morning brushing my teeth my gums were bleeding! Could I be pregnant?
