Does Breathing Difficulty During Night Indicative Of Sleep Apnea?

I have a difficult time breathing sometimes, and especially at night. It s hard to take a deep breath and I often wake up extremely tired. Ive tried breathing treatments to help open my chest as well as vicks vapor rub and a vaporizer. How can I solve this? Do I have sleep apnea?
