Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate Vaginal Cancer?

Had a pap 4 days,ago waiting on results hopefully tomorow but they checked me for vaginal cancer dr said he beleaves it highly unlikely but just to mention that word freaks me out . I have brownish discharge. And it's more of a thick pasty look I also have had a vaginal cuff issue 4 years ago where they had to repair it . Which he thinks might have to be done again . I had a tummy tuck done 4 months ago at that point I didn't have this issue . I have 3 kidney stones that have not made their way out and countless uti's and vaginities . But I am prone to infections and yeast infections . I do lift alot of weights so wondering if I brought on my own issue .
I'm having
brownish pasty disharge
lots of gas
itchy
some pain when I urinate but better lately since I have been on the cipro .
What other things can cause these issues other then the cuff having issues and or cancers ?
They put me on parmira because since I had my hystorectomy I get very dry could this issue be a dry issue which is irratating things making the brownish discharge happen . I have cramps on occasion but not a ton .
