Does Brownish Vaginal Bleeding And Vomiting Indicate Pregnancy?

I have been with vomits and diarreah and not eating for 4 days.. I went to the doctors yesterday and was prescibed pills for both the diarreah and vomits and woke up this morning feeling great... But i noticed that my period is coming out brownish and very very minimal.. could i be pregnant?
