Does Bulky Uterus Cause Infertility?

I have a bulky uterus, no fibroids, no children, aged 43, 5 2 , 110 lbs, good health, trying to conceive. Can a bulky uterus affect fertility? What are the possible causes of bulky uterus? I have always had moderate to severe pain during my menses. No other symptoms.
