Does Bump Above The Breast Indicate Breast Cancer?

I have found a bump or a hump like half marble shape on my right side of chest below collarbone and exactly above my left breast and it pains as well, i am 100% sure that this was not there earlier. I am really worried, is this a symbol of breast cancer or tumour?
