Does Bursitis Cause Lump On Elbow?

I as diagnosed with bursitis in my elbow 11/2 weeks ago, given a shot of antibiotics and oral antibiotics. The swelling in the rest of the arm has gone down however I still have a big red squishy bump on the tip of the elbow, some pain and the elbow tip skin has peeled off twice, like a sunburn. What is happening is it bursitis
