Does Cannabis Oil Hinder The Chemotherapy Treatment?

Hi. My daughter has osteosarcoma of the right knee and is having surgery in 7 weeks to remove tumor.
She has had 1 treatment of chemo so far and starting 2nd today.
Will cannabis oil hinder the chemo treatment at all?
Is there any facts that it can?
Ive had conflicting reports and just need some proof either way as i want the best for my daughter.
She is 15.
