Hi,im a recovered anorexic.But i am 5'1 135 lbs, trying to get back down to my healthy normal weight of 105.Every time i try to diet i fail and end up binging more then i dieted. im constantly bloated, and very fatigued. i dieted and got down to 127, but then i started binging for 3 months and my weight shot back up to 135. Ive been having some trouble with water retention off and on, but deal with it every day in my face, fingers and feet/ankles. I drink water until i pee clearly which isnt much at all. maybe like 4 cups of water. I use to drink a gallon a day to get my urine clear and my periods were getting quite regular again. ever since i started binging i haven't had one in a while. When i was following a vegan diet mostly raw is when my periods seemed to come back, but ever since i started eating proccessed foods and dairy they are not regular. i have no idea how many calories i eat a day but i really need to get back down to my normal weight! any advice? any supplements? i am 15 years old.
