Does Change In Emotional State Cause Red Blotches On Skin?

whenever i get embarrassed, pressured or emotional red blotchy marks appear on my skin, they are usually on my chest, stomach and shoulders. they are hotter than the rest of my skin. i have no allergies and am a healthy female teenager. it doesn't itch.
