Does Change In Menstrual Flow Along With Bloating Indicate Pregnancy?

If I am pregnant, I m 5 weeks and 4 days, due to the start of my last period being on 2/17/15. My so called period arrived on Friday (3/20/15), and started off light and continued to get heavier. It s now (3/23/15) lighter again, and there has been clots. It also has a different smell than my normal period blood. I have been extremely bloated lately, and feeling very tired. I was having a ton of pregnancy symptoms until I started bleeding. They all seemed to go away then (was it just in my head?) My nipples are sore and breasts seem larger. Is this normal for pregnancy? I haven t taken a hpt yet..
