Does Chronic Constipation And Abdominal Pain Indicate Colon Cancer?

Hi I m wondering if i am a candidate for a colonoscopy. My mother died of colon cancer at age 44. I m not 33. I suffer from Chronic Constipation (literally do not go to the bathroom for 30 days), and when I do it never feels empty. I am bloated to the point i look 8 months pregnant. I have abdominal pain quite often and have an all over feeling of tiredness. Even though I don t do any strenuous activity....thanks
