Does Complete Hysterectomy Have Adverse Effects On Health Condition?

i am having a da vinci full hysterectomy...I would like to know possible side effects/issues I will have to deal with after surgery is complete...for example..do I go through menopause? will I have sexual side effects? I plan to take hormones. I don't know what to expect....and I am having surgery a week from tomorrow.
