Does Constant Stomach Pain And Vomiting Sensation Indicate Sign Of H.pylori?

I HAVE A 12 yr. old and she has symptoms of painful stomach, feels like she wants to throw up. She is clammy and generally does not feel well. She has had on going stomach aches and been given different medications. I am wondering if she had h pylori? What do you think - no fever?
