Does Constant Vaginal Bleeding And Breasts Sensitiveness Indicate Menopause?

Im 48 yrs old and im experience bleeding last month very heavy and miss my period 2 months ago completely. I always have regular periods all my life but now its like bleeding all the time my breast are really sensitive that hurts and feel little bloaded on times. Went to my Gy inthe anual came back negative and then a ultrasound cause i still bleeding no to much but after birth control pills still bleeding no pain!. Could be monopuse or something else??? Please help
