Does Constipation And Bloating While On Implanon Indicate Pregnancy?

I have had implanon for about 1 year and a month. I stopped having periods because the doctor gave me a depo vera shot, Now im having pregnancy symptoms like being sick everytime i eat and I get heartburn and gas a lot. Also I go to the bathroom more and my breast are heavy feeling. I tried to use the bathroom today but I cant I feel like im constipated and im bloated, Could I be pregnant?
