Does Consuming Hot Water With Lemon Reduce Sperm Count?

good morning, last 8 month i consuming hot water with lemon empty stomach at morning for losing weight.i lost more than 20 kg.some one pass a message to me if we are consuming hot water lemon will reduce the sperm count.please be clear my doubt.if its happen what are the food i will consume for improve my sperm count.
