Does Continuous Intake Of Meth Cause Lump On Back?

I just want to know if this is a a true statement or not. I was told that when a meth or heroin user misses and it eventually dissipates from the lump and settles in your back thus for creating (cists) which would have to be removed via surgical procedure.
