Does Contraceptive Implant Causes Blood Discharge After Sex And Exercise?

Hi, I currently have a contraceptive implant and I am taking a low hormone pill to control the constant bleeding I was having as a result of the implant. I am still experiencing bleeding during intercourse and exercise. Is this related to my current contraception method or could it be something else?
