Does Contraceptive Pills During Pregnancy Cause Fetal Harm?

I have been taking contraceptive pills, and I got pregnant. I did not take them the right way regarding the same time everyday. I found out this pregnancy at 7weeks. Am worried if the pills did not affect or will not affect the fentus's growth development ?
