Does Cortisone Injection Cause Abdominal Bloating?

Hi! One month ago I had a cortisone injection in my shoulder to help with a torn suprasprinatis. I am now feeling very bloated around stomach and butt. So much so that some of my clothes no longer fit. Is this possible after one treatment and if so how lont until these effects will go away?
