Does Cough Subside On Its Own?

I'm in the 9th day of a cold. On the 5th day I lost my voice and began coughing a lot. I think I've coughed up all there is to cough up from my lungs. I still have no voice, still cough, still have a runny nose, no fever. Do you think I'll get over this on my own?
