Does Coughing Blood And Nasal Discharge Bleeding Need Medical Attention?

I started taking Cefuroxume Aaxetil 250 mg on 2/7 2014 one tablet twice a day dor a sinus infection. I started today (2/9/2014) coughing up a little bit of blood, bright red and also have blood in my nasal discharge. Should I try to see the doctor today?
