Does Cramps On Ovaries And White Discharge Indicate Ovulation?

I am trying to conceive and I am 3-4 days post ovulation. I had a glob of clear/white jelly like discharge after a bowel movement. I have also been having some slight cramping on both sides of the ovaries. does this mean that i am ovulating now?? or is it normal? I have regular 35 day cycles.
